Do you work on hardware?
Yes. We diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems. If your Mac is out of warranty and we diagnose a hardware problem, we present your options and an estimated cost up-front.
Do you work on Windows PCs?
Not normally. Our focus is on the Mac, but if we’re already on-site for your Mac and you’d like us to look at a PC, we’ll give it our best. In most cases, however, we will refer you to a Windows specialist.
What are your rates?
We charge $85 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.
Do you charge for travel?
Generally not. We service virtually all of metro Columbus. So whether you’re in Grove City or New Albany, Reynoldsburg or Hilliard, we’re happy to come to you.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, through PayPal. If you would like to pay with a credit card, we will be glad to help you.
