What are your rates?

Every business is unique. We custom-tailor each MS2 subscription to meet your company's specific IT needs. Call us today to arrange for your free business and technology assessment.

Do you accept credit cards?

Absolutely. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you work on Windows PCs?

Not normally. Our focus is on the Mac, but if we’re already on-site for your Mac and you’d like us to look at a PC, we’ll give it our best. In most cases, however, we will refer you to a Windows specialist. 

Do you work on hardware?

Our techs are Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians and are adept at diagnosing hardware problems. If your Mac is out of warranty and we diagnose a hardware problem, we present your options and an estimated cost up-front.

My hard drive crashed and I don't have a backup. Do you do data recovery?

Yes. We use several tools to analyze your Mac's hard drive and perform a low-level recovery. If your drive is too damaged for low-level recovery, we will gladly help coordinate a clean room-level recovery. In any case, will be happy to discuss backup options.
