I'm a firm believer that the quality of a service depends, in large part, on one's expectations. Since "good" or "bad" are subjective terms, we generally compare an experience to our expectations to arrive at "good" or "bad". So it is with having your Mac hardware serviced. If your Mac needs hardware repair, you may hear the terms "Vintage" or "Obsolete". So what does that mean, exactly?
