The following general rates will apply to all applicable services during business hours, which are between 9am through 5pm ET, Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in individual Addendum:
- A rate of $200 per hour will be charged for technician/engineer level support
- A rate of $125 per new VoIP phone setup
- a rate of $25 per hard drive destruction
- a rate of $250 per computer will be charged for all New Computer Setups
Note: After hours support will be billed at 150% (1.5x) of the normal billable rate unless otherwise specified in an Addendum.

Note: Unless otherwise specified in an individual Addendum, all on-site work is billed at a minimum of two (2) hours and then fifteen (15) minute increments after that.
