By execution of the applicable Addendum and/or MSA with Wild Frog, the Client hereby agrees to the following terms for the travel and expenses of Wild Frog Personnel. Any terms capitalized but not defined herein shall have the meanings attributed to them in the MSA or applicable Addendum.

In the event Client does not have a support contract that covers travel with Wild Frog, Client agrees to reimburse Wild Frog for all actual, documented and reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Wild Frog in connection with the performance of the Services; provided that such expenses conform to Wild Frog's Travel and Expense Policy outlined below.

When a trip to a client location is required, the following terms, conditions, and fee structures apply:

All Out of Scope work requiring a travel outside of a 25-mile radius from the center of Columbus, Ohio will be charged $75.00 per hour, which will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments, plus mileage for each trip to a client location.

Clients with Managed Services packages that do not include onsite support will be charged $75.00 per hour, which will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments, plus mileage for each trip to a client location that is outside of a 25-mile radius from the center of Columbus, Ohio.

Any trips requiring onsite support for clients on Managed Services Packages that include onsite support but outside of a 25-mile radius from the center of Columbus, Ohio will be charged $75.00 per hour, which will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments, plus mileage for each trip to a client location.

Wild Frog utilizes IRS published rates to calculate mileage.

Parking costs are not included in any Managed Services Packages or Projects, and Parking costs, if incurred, will be invoiced to the Client at the actual cost paid by Wild Frog.
