Mac Tip: Protecting Your Mac on Public Wi-Fi

We all love the flexibility of working from a local coffee shop or airport lounge. But open, public Wi-Fi networks are a playground for cybercriminals, who can intercept unencrypted data passing through the network - including your passwords and sensitive company emails.

To keep your Mac safe on the go, make sure your Mac Firewall is turned on (System Settings > Network > Firewall). Even better, use your iPhone's Personal Hotspot whenever you're off the office network.
